The Professional Laser-Welded Concrete Diamond Saw Blade is designed for cutting concrete slabs, pavement, curbs, precast components and other concrete structures. Laser-welded main segments provide dependable attachment to the steel core for demanding construction work.
Additional protective segments help reduce undercut wear around the steel core when abrasive slurry collects beneath the cutting segments. Diameters from 370 mm to 1630 mm are available with 12 mm or 15 mm segment heights.

Applications
The blade is suitable for cured concrete, concrete slabs, pavement, curbs, precast concrete and general civil construction projects. It can be matched to compatible floor saws, road saws and stationary concrete cutting machines.
The blade is not recommended for cutting steel, rebar or heavily reinforced concrete.

Blade diameter, arbor or flange pattern, steel-core thickness, segment width, segment height, bond hardness and protective-segment layout can be customized for different machines and concrete conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
· What is the purpose of the protective segments?
Protective segments help limit undercut wear near the point where the cutting segments connect to the steel core. They are useful when abrasive slurry or concrete particles increase wear around the blade body.
· Should I choose a 12 mm or 15 mm segment height?
A 12 mm segment is suitable for standard professional cutting requirements. A 15 mm segment provides more usable segment material when longer working life is required. The correct bond and machine matching remain equally important.
· Can the blade cut steel or rebar?
No. The blade is not recommended for steel or rebar cutting. Please select a dedicated reinforced-concrete blade if the concrete contains steel reinforcement.
· What information is required for blade selection?
Please provide the concrete type, machine model, machine power, blade diameter, arbor or flange pattern, maximum RPM, cutting depth and required quantity.
