Laser welded diamond segments provide a secure segment-to-barrel connection. The standard range covers diameters from 25 mm to 400 mm with a 450 mm effective length.

Does this core bit require water?
No. The product is designed for dry drilling. A compatible dust extractor is recommended to control airborne dust and remove drilling debris.
Can it drill reinforced concrete?
The standard specification is not recommended for steel reinforcement or heavily reinforced concrete. Contact Sales for a dedicated drilling solution when rebar is present.
Which thread connection should I choose?
Match the connection to the spindle of your core drilling machine. Available options include M16, M22, 1-1/4″ UNC and 1/2″ BSP.
Can the effective length be customized?
Yes. The standard effective length is 450 mm. Other lengths can be manufactured according to order requirements.
