Laser Welded Stone Saw Blade
Laser-welded stone saw blades with a sandwich silent core are designed for stable cutting on bridge saws and other stone-cutting machines. The silent steel core helps reduce cutting noise and vibration, supporting smoother edges and more consistent cutting.
Diameters from 300 mm to 800 mm are available, with 15 mm and 20 mm segment height options. Different diamond bonds can be developed for granite, marble, limestone, quartz, engineered stone and other materials.

· Can one blade cut every type of stone?
Different stone types require different diamond bonds. Please provide the stone name or a material sample so that a suitable bond can be recommended.
· Can the arbor hole be customized?
Yes. Arbor holes and other machine-interface dimensions can be produced according to a drawing or original blade sample.
· Is water cooling recommended?
Water cooling is generally recommended for large stone saw blades. The final cutting method should follow the machine requirements and selected blade specification.
